Peugeot meets top creative minds at AD Summit Pilipinas 2016

Last March 9 to 12, 2016, Peugeot found its place among colorful personalities and brilliant minds, as a major partner of the Adobo Magazine After Party — an invite-only event held by Adobo Magazine at the end of the four-day AD Summit Pilipinas 2016. The largest gathering of advertising executives in the country, AD Summit Pilipinas attracts over 3,000 delegates from the advertising and media agencies every year. Of that number, only 500 people are sent a secret invitation to the highly exclusive After Party.

An opportunity to indulge in pure driving sensation

To start the AD Summit 2016 with sensational flair, Peugeot and Adobo Magazine gave delegates the chance to be chauffeur-driven, together with up to three (3) companions, to the Subic. An online social media contest was held prior to the event – with participants justifying why they deserve the plush European ride to and from the Ad Summit.

Peugeot Philippines and Adobo Magazine eventually chose five (5) of the most creative entries as winners. The lucky admen and adwomen were:

  • Puzzlebox Solutions COO Apple Manansala
  • Brand New Media CEO Mike Constantino
  • Seven AD Art Director Angel Ramos

With the 2008 urban mini-crossover, the 3008 crossover, the 5008 MPV, the 508 executive sedan and the Expert Tepee family van made available for the weekend, each winner enjoyed a chauffeur-driven ride in a Peugeot vehicle.

Pure partying sensation care of Peugeot

The Peugeot ride to the Ad Summit was a mere a taste of the entire Peugeot experience. The Peugeot RCZ and Peugeot 208 GTi welcomed industry VIPs at the driveway of the Lighthouse Marina Resort, while Peugeot banners decorated the main registration area. At the Lighthouse Marina Resort’s beachfront area, Peugeot Music played all night long thanks to DJ Kit Guerra. Also, 200 VIPs among the 500 people invited to the exclusive party were treated to flowing drinks at the Peugeot VIP booth. The night was capped off with a bonfire barbecue, a raffle and fireworks care of Adobo Magazine.

What a partnership!

Peugeot’s and Adobo Magazine’s partnership not only brought Motion and Emotion to the world of advertising; it also showed how wonderfully the Peugeot experience and creativity complement each other.
