The permanent magnet electric motor offers a maximum output of 100 kW/110 hp and 260 Nm of torque for optimum driving pleasure.
The electric motor is assisted by:
• An inverter that converts the direct current provided by the battery into an alternating current used by the electric motor.
• Reduction gearing that replaces the gearbox in order to adapt the rotation speed ranges of the electric motor to those of the car.
The high-voltage lithium-ion battery (400 V) is the on-board electrical energy storage device. It is located under the floor, which preserves space on board and cargo volume. The battery has a capacity of 50 kWh and a maximum output of 100 kW for a range of up to 340 km WLTP.The range and electric consumption values given are in accordance with the WLTP test procedure on the basis of which new vehicles have been approved since 1 September 2018. They may vary depending on the actual conditions of use and various factors such as: speed, thermal comfort in the vehicle, driving style and outside temperature. For your peace of mind, the battery has an 8-year or 160,000 km warranty for 70% of its charge capacity. As part of a maintenance contract, a battery capacity certificate can be provided at the customer’s request. This may facilitate the resale of the vehicle by certifying the level of battery capacity
By activating “Brake” mode, engine braking is intensified to maximise battery charging during deceleration.
