3. Customer must completely fill-up the online registration form (https://tinyurl.com/PeugeotLeMansRaffleForm2023) with the following details (complete name, address, email, contact number, Peugeot vehicle purchased (model & conduction sticker number), delivery receipt number, dealer branch)
4. Deadline for submission of entries is on March 30, 2023.
Raffle draw will be held at the BA Motors Philippines office in Makati City and witnessed by a DTI representative. Names will be drawn via e-raffle through a randomizer. Raffle dates are as follows:
- First Draw – February 24, 2023
- Cut off of entries: February 23, 2023 (11:59pm)
- Second Draw – April 3, 2023
- Cut off of entries: March 30, 2023 (11:59pm)
All non-winning entries from the first draw are still eligible for the second draw.
6. Prizes are two (2) lucky winners of VIP access to the Le Mans Race in France on June 10-11, 2023. Each winner is entitled on:
- Round trip economy airfare for two (2) – winner and companion, via Cathay Pacific
- Hotel accommodations for 4 days and 3 nights worth $300
- 2 VIP access to the Le Mans Race Weekend worth 1,500€ each on June 10-11, 2023
7. Hotel accommodations are valid only until June 30, 2023. Travel dates will be final and cannot be changed.
8. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by BA Motors Philippines.
9. Airfare and accommodations are transferable, but not convertible to cash. The transfer of the trip must be documented with an authorization letter. The hard copy of which must be given to BA Motors Philippines, Inc.
10. Winners will be notified of their travel dates via an official phone call, SMS, electronic mail, and registered mail. With the consent of the winners, the winners will be announced through the Peugeot website (https://www.peugeot.ph/), social media accounts, and news releases.
11. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, another customer will be drawn.
12. To claim the prize, winners or authorized representatives must present the registered mail notification, two (2) valid government IDs, and proof of ownership of the PEUGEOT vehicle to claim their trip.
13. Tickets may be claimed at the BA Motors Philippines office in Makati City within seven (7) working days of official notification or it will be forfeited in favor of BA Motors Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
14. Employees of BA Motors Philippines, authorized PEUGEOT dealerships, and all its authorized agencies, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.
